At Black Moon Botanica, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; however, if a non-perishable item doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and energetic integrity, opened apothecary items, candles, and custom ritual kits are final sale.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully pack the unused item in its original ritual packaging to ensure it arrives safely and maintains its energetic quality during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our botanists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
